Why should women orgasm daily?
Can you imagine having an orgasm every day? Sounds like a bit of a chore to me, I know I don't have time for that!
But, as shown in scientific studies (yep, people study this stuff!), having an orgasm daily has a lot of benefits! Here's a small list to get you started - and finished if you know what I mean!
Lower stress levels
Yep! This one makes sense to me, a non-scientist. Orgasms are natural stress relief and are actually known to relieve pain. Having an orgasm releases oxytocin, which helps with increased self-esteem and trust.
It's good for you
Ask any doctor, exercise is good for you! When somebody, female or male are having an orgasm, they get a higher heart rate which is great for cardiovascular health. Dr. Alyssa Dweck says “sex and orgasms can cause blood vessels to dilate throughout the body, which can help overall cardiovascular health.”
Orgasms are known to help you fall asleep quicker, simply because it relaxes you. Barry Komisaruk and Beverly Whipple conducted a survey which showed that 32% of women masturbate themselves to sleep.
Strengthens your pelvic floor muscles
Ignore all the rumours that the more sex you have, the worse your pelvic floor muscles are. They are lies! It's recommended that women keep up with regular kegels, but you can skip that. During an orgasm, a woman's pelvic floor muscles can contract 15 times during 1-2 second intervals! Saving you time!
Reduce period pain
If you aren't weirded out by period sex, than having an orgasm during your period can absolutely reduce your period pain!
According to a study conducted by David Weeks, frequent orgasms can make you look 10 years younger. What more can I say?
