Exercises to improve your sex life

Let’s talk about fun in the bedroom! Our sex lives are a big part of our relationships and without a healthy sex life, it can take an impact on your whole relationship. In no way are we saying that without a sex life you will not have a happy relationship, but the intimate time with your partner definitely does help with creating a healthy relationship.
There are a number of things that you can do to help improve your sex life and help you to last longer in the bedroom. Exercise plays a big part in creating a healthy sex life. There are a number of exercises that you can do that can help improve your time in the bedroom.
Planking
Planking went through a really popular stage and there were people all over the world taking part in the challenges. It is actually a really good exercise to do and has many physical benefits. Planking helps to build muscles around your abs, back and pelvis – all areas that come in handy when it comes to getting physical in the bedroom.
Glute Bridges
Glute bridges have a number of benefits on the body as well. Not only do they work the glutes but they also work the hamstrings and the pelvic floor muscles. How does this help in the bedroom? It helps to strengthen those areas giving you a better thrusting technique and gives you an ability to continue the action for a longer period of time.
Jump Squats
They sound horrible already don’t they! Adding in some high-intensity interval training such as jump squats can help a lot when it comes to your stamina and endurance in the bedroom. They help to build up muscle and stamina so that you can perform for longer periods of time in the bedroom.
Kegels
Kegel exercises help to strengthen the pelvic floor muscles. Do you know what happens when you have stronger pelvic floor muscles? You have stronger orgasms!
Kegel exercises are exercises that specifically target the pelvic floor muscles and in order to properly perform the exercises, you first need to identify the muscles. An easy way to help you find them is to stop urinating midstream. The muscles that are used to stop the urination are the ones you need to target.
Push-Ups
Push-ups are a great all-round exercise. They have many benefits on the body including building up the arm and leg muscles, increasing stamina and also helping to relax your body and increase flexibility. These are a great exercise to do if you are planning on trying a few new positions in the bedroom.
Pigeon Pose
This one sounds interesting!
The pigeon pose is a stretch that puts your body into a different position and helps to stretch and strengthen the groin, thigh and glute regions. Not to mention it helps with flexibility of the legs and groin as well.
This is simple to do exercise that can make a lot of changes to the way you perform (and position) in the bedroom.
These are just a few of the different exercises that can be done to help improve your time in the bedroom. You do not need to spend a lot of time doing these and they can be added to your daily workout routine and not referred to as your ‘sex exercises 😉’.
If you are unsure on how to complete any of the exercises than a simple search on youtube will bring up an assortment of videos on how to properly complete them.
Remember before taking part in any exercise, make sure you are wearing appropriate clothing and you stretch beforehand. Injuries can still happen with the smallest of exercises and you need that body in good shape ready for your next bedroom romp!
