COVID-19 August Update
Good morning my lovelies,
I truly hope you are all staying safe and taking care of yourselves during the crazy year of 2020!
Whilst there hasn't been many changes since our last update, I thought I would still pop something up to keep you all informed as to what is currently happening.
We are operating as per normal and as we are a small, family-owned business, we usually only have one staff member in the office anyway, so you can be sure we are following all guidelines and being as safe as possible during our days at the Bras By S office!
Post offices and postal services are still operating during the stage four restrictions.
This means that your orders can and will still be delivered! However please remember the immense stress Australia Post will be feeling throughout all of this, your order may be delayed however they are doing the best they can at delivering your orders asap!
Other Domestic Delays:
If you live in Australia, please know that there may still be delays with your orders arriving.
Australia Post is processing more than 2 million parcels every single day, so while I know you are eager for your order to arrive (I don't blame you!!), please do take this into account when placing your order.
We highly recommend utilising our Express Post option, Australia Post has stated it may take longer than the usual 1 business day and they can not guarantee next day delivery, it will be a much quicker option for you.
Many international borders are closed and are limiting the mail arriving into their country. Please understand this is completely out of our control and unfortunately unavoidable.
Australia Post has also limited the amount of mail leaving the country due to limited airline capacity and government restrictions.
We are currently able to send to Canada, US, UK and New Zealand.
Whilst we personally haven't noticed much difference in our order deliveries, please keep all of this in mind just in case!
Thank you SO much for continuing to support us during this time which is difficult for so many. It truly means the world to us and we are so grateful for you.
Stay safe and lots of love,
Shorina and my family xo
