RETURN POLICY

We completely understand that shopping online can be hard – especially for lingerie! If you find your order doesn’t fit properly or you have simply changed your mind, please don’t worry. We are more than happy to exchange your order with something of the same value, please see our full T&C’s below.

       WHAT CAN & CAN NOT BE RETURNED

·       All garments which you would like to return to us for an exchange must be in brand new condition (unworn and unwashed) and are ready to be sold again. If you return something which is not acceptable, it will be returned to you at your own cost.

·       The following collections can not be returned for exchange or refund: Mystery Boxes, Factory Seconds, Sex Toys, Nipple Covers and Clearance.

·       Any items purchased which are marked down or on sale are also unable to be returned, this includes any orders made during a large sale (e.g Warehouse Sale or 50% Off Sales).

        RETURNING YOUR ORDER FOR STORE CREDIT

·       Please send an email with your store credit request to customerservice@brasbys.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Please understand that if you contact us after 7 days, your request may be declined

·      If your return is accepted, your order must be returned to us within 21 days of you receiving your order. If any items are returned to us outside of this window, your request will be declined

·      Please allow up to 3 business days for your returned parcel to be processed by our team

·      Return postage costs are to be paid for by the buyer

·      Please include a pre-paid satchel or label when returning your order. These can be bought at Australia Post and will be used to resend your new items. If the pre-paid satchel is not included with your returned order, a $9.95 postage fee will be deducted from your store credit

·      Any Express or International Shipping paid is non-refundable and will not be included in your store credit value

        FAULTY ITEMS

·       If your order has arrived faulty, please know that you must advise us within 7 days of receiving your parcel

·       Please send us an email with images of the fault to customerservice@brasbys.com

·       All faulty items must be returned to us and will be replaced with the same item, in the same size at no further costs to you

        YOU RECEIVED THE WRONG ITEM

·       If your garments have arrived and it is not the same as you ordered, please know that you must advise us within 7 days of receiving your parcel

·       Please send us an email with what item is missing along with some images of what you have received to customerservice@brasbys.com

·       The incorrect item will need to be returned to us and we will replace it with the correct item as soon as possible

Unfortunately due to the intimate nature of our items, we are unable to offer refunds for change of mind reasons.
