We completely understand that shopping online can be hard – especially for lingerie! If you find your order doesn’t fit properly or you have simply changed your mind, please don’t worry. We are more than happy to exchange your order with something of the same value, please see our full T&C’s below.
WHAT CAN & CAN NOT BE RETURNED
· All garments which you would like to return to us must be in brand new condition (unworn and unwashed) and are ready to be sold again
· The following collections can not be returned for exchange under any circumstances: Sex Toys, Nipple Covers and Clearance. As well as any sale or marked down items in any other collection.
RETURNING YOUR ORDER
· Please send us an email with your exchange request to: email@example.com
· We do not cover postage costs for any parcels returned to us
· To lower our waste and impact on the environment, we often re-use the same packaging which your order has come back to us in. In the case of an exchange, we will send your new garments to the address you have provided as your return address on your parcel to us
· If your order has arrived faulty, please know that you must advise us within 5 days of receiving your parcel
· Please send us an email with images of the fault to: firstname.lastname@example.org
· All faulty items must be returned to us and will be replaced with the same item, in the same size
YOU RECEIVED THE WRONG ITEM
· If your garments have arrived and it is not the same as you ordered, please know that you must advise us within 5 days of receiving your parcel
· Please send us an email with what item is missing along with some images of what you have received to: email@example.com
· The incorrect item will need to be returned to us and we will replace it with the correct item as soon as possible
Unfortunately due to the intimate nature of our items, we are unable to offer refunds. However, if management has agreed to offer a refund, there will be a re-stocking fee of 25% to cover the original postage charges and any fees associated with the order.
